My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Naples was enjoyable overall, with beautiful rooms boasting lovely views of the Gulf. yet, there were definitely areas needing attention. The friendliness of the staff stood out, particularly at the beach, but I did have mixed experiences with service at the gift shop and pool. Dining had its highs and lows as well, much like the amenities - commendable in parts, but showing some wear in others.
